The Emergency Plan has not changed, it’s still here on this website.
The Sailing Instructions for the new season are now here on this website. Please have a browse as there are a few changes since last year, e.g. a Division 3 for the slower mono-hulls.
With regards to COVID, participants are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the NSW Government, which may change with time. Current requirements can be found here.
The first blue-bottles have been seen on our beaches, that indicates the water must be warming up soon.
So it’s time to start training for our new season of racing dinghies, multi-hulls and indeterminates (who said weta ?).
The first race is scheduled for 16 October, that’s about a month from now, and the Notice of Race can be found here.
The Notice of Race for off-the beach sailing at Coila this season is now available: http://bbsc.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Coila-Notice-of-Race-21-09-29.pdf.
It is now clear that the first two dates scheduled in this document will not be possible because of COVID restrictions, but we are hopeful of getting underway on Sunday 31 October.
