Guest Speakers – Representatives of All Female Red Nose MusselRowers Team

Five Eurobodalla girls were part of a team of eight surfboat rowers, who became the first all-female crew to row across the notorious Bass Strait between Victoria and Tasmania in February this year. 

The team rowed a total of 320kms, rowing between 40 and 89 kilometres a day.  During their seven-day journey the rowers also claimed a world record for the longest distance travelled by any surfboat marathon crew in one day.
